The inn is an old house built in  the 1700, according to the architecture of the time which included inside all spaces characteristic of the Marche agricultural economy: the cattle sheds, rooms for the storage of cereals, the oven for bread, wine cellars, kitchen with fireplace and the sink in every rooms. Today they are finalized to the reception and they combine the hospitality in the countryside close to the city center of Fano,  with their sandy beaches.
It's spread over three floors and the elegant and sophisticated rooms are mostly located on the first and second floor along with their toilet. The property has been completely renovated while maintaining its architecture and its original structure. The bricks are originals  from the time of its construction.
